Website Redesign & Dev
The starting point was therefore to redefine their brand to appeal to the youth through intriguing design, friendly copy, and the perfect imagery choice.

Search Engine Optimisation/SEO
SEO is the process of optimising your website so that it can rank higher on search engines like Google to increase website traffic. More traffic with the right value proposition results in more sales. The more optimised, the higher you rank on Google.
We addressed pre-existing SEO issues, researched keywords to position SAH according to customer intent, analysed key competitors, optimised top 10 performing key words, among others.

Calendly Integration
We setup for Calendly a “virtual availability and booking app used to schedule meetings, appointments, and events for individuals and organisations.” This made it easier for students to book viewings and for SAH to keep on top with these bookings with automated messaging, booking reminders, and followup messages to stay relevant to the students.
We also provided them with monthly reports with actionable recommendations and keep them updated on the bookings.

Social Media Marketing
We updated their brand identity specifically the typography, colours, and element design. We designed them in a fun, youthful, & bubbly way for their target market. Social Media Mgt
Having an open & reliable channel of communication with tenants & prospective tenants is extremely important in the student accommodation space. We carried out market research and found out majority of SAH’s target market spends time on social media especially Instagram. Thus, we took on the role of managing all SAH’s social media channels and creating marketing content. We employed a marketing strategy with the intention of driving traffic to the SAH website in order to drive an action of booking a room viewing or applying for accommodation.
This played a vital role in the signing up for leases by the students.

LinkTree Integration
We linked key pages like; view our rooms, book a viewing, and apply now on the LinkTree which resulted in traffic on these pages.
